My journey started about 3 years ago. My life was at point, a total loss to my pessimistic side, a new beginning on the side of optimism. I started training, clearing my head, freeing my mind, getting closer to God, and a small victory…losing weight.
Thanks to my supportive family and Retrain_365, I
learned the basic principles of self-discipline, weight management, endurance and perseverance: all while keeping God first.. a true blessing and life changing benefit. Two key components of weight management are discipline and clean eating. An inspiring method to clean eating is………you guessed it…..JUICING!!!
